This workshop is suitable for Advanced Office team; office administrators, Supervisors of clerical and Administrative staff and Executive Secretaries and Personal Assistants. 

The objectives of the course are to:

  • By the end of this Workshop, participants will be able to: 
    • Extend understanding of their roles and the key contribution they can make to organizational success  
    • Enhance and review their work relationships  
    • Review and develop their personal organization, communication and interpersonal skills to achieve their SMART Objectives 
    • Develop an Action Plan to help themselves, their boss and other colleagues work in more effective and efficient ways

3 – Managing Work Relationships
